1. Confidentiality
Client privacy is treated with the utmost discretion.
All communication, personal information, and engagement details are handled confidentially and are never disclosed without consent.
2. Eligibility
Services are offered exclusively to women aged 18 years or older.
3. Nature of Services
Maison Ruta provides refined social, cultural and lifestyle companionship within London in public settings only.
4. Bookings & Payment
A minimum engagement of two hours applies.
Bookings are secured with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled engagement.
If the balance is not received within this timeframe, the reservation may be released.
5. Extensions
Additional time may be arranged subject to availability and is billed at the hourly rate. Details are confirmed during booking.
6. Locations
Engagements take place in agreed public venues within London.
Private residences, hotel rooms, private vehicles, or non-public settings are not accepted.
7. Expenses
Engagement-related expenses — including dining, tickets, refreshments, or transport connected to the planned activity — are covered by the client unless agreed otherwise in advance.
8. Conduct
Respectful conduct is expected at all times.
Any request outside the scope of refined social companionship will result in immediate termination of the engagement without refund.
9. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the engagement may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the deposit being retained.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the engagement are non-refundable in full.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Maison Ruta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from an engagement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under the laws of England and Wales.
11. Amendments
Maison Ruta reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Travel Outside London
Engagements outside London may be considered by prior arrangement.
All travel time, transportation, accommodation, and related expenses must be covered by the client and agreed in advance.
14. Right to Decline
Maison Ruta reserves the right to decline or cancel an engagement at its discretion if a request does not align with the nature of the service described on this website.
15. Safety
Maison Ruta reserves the right to end an engagement immediately if personal safety, comfort, or respectful conduct are compromised.
